Polligon is in pre-launch. This page describes how we handle the data you give us when you sign up to the waiting list. We'll expand it as the product grows — for now, here's the short version.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Which form you used to sign up (hero or secondary CTA), your browser's user agent, and the page that referred you. We use these to understand where signups come from.
- A hashed (not raw) version of your IP address, kept only long enough to prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
To send you the confirmation email, to keep you on the waiting list once you confirm, and to send occasional product updates as Polligon takes shape. That's it.
Legal basis
Your consent — given when you enter your email and confirm it via the link we send (double opt-in). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or contacting us at the address below.
How long we keep it
- If you don't click the confirmation link within 30 days, your pending signup is automatically deleted.
- Confirmed addresses stay on the list until you ask to be removed, or until Polligon shuts down.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Confirmation and update emails are sent through Resend. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
